I am unable to detect balancing with the power supply on or off, after the BMS decides charging is done. No current is flowing from the most charged cell. I tried an alternative balancing board and this behavior seems to be consistent. All the commercial balancing PCBs "work" the same way? How does all this balancing actually work?
